BLIZZ D 2012 GRINDING REPORT

                

      Atek Records recording artist Blizz D released his 1st EP "HEAVY ON DA GRIND" in December 2011 but made it a way of life in 2012 which proved to be a hard hitting year for Blizz. He started of the year by releasing his mixtape titled,"ON ANOTHER LEVEL" while pushing 2011's"HEAVY ON DA GRIND"."ON ANOTHER LEVEL" was dedicated to the fans because they requested it and on this mixtape Blizz showed his creative skills over other artists instrumentals.  These were the same skills that earned him the name "Da FreeStyle Killa".He only did 500 hard copies which made it a limited edition.He then took things up on another level by creating his official website www.atekrecords.com. Blizz then went on to release four music videos "Blizz D Back", "Know Bout Me", "Holding Me Down ", and "Walk In My Shoes". He did all of this while his 1st EP got 6,000 views in the social media and 1,000 hard copies in the streets. Blizz also did shows in Alabama and Florida.

         Blizz teamed up with Hugo the Boss Promotions, Comeback Entertainment and DJ Dirty Dollarz.  Blizz also worked with new artist Merc Durt, Killa Ken, Kracka Black, Wicked Wone, Young Future and Ron B.  Blizz's career then took another turn when he was named artist of the week on July 14, 2012 by BRING THE REAL owner Chris Martinez.  Shortly after that an articel was wrote about Blizz by Dan Harr.  If that was not enough Blizz then did a televison interview for FOX 49 and also "Holding Me Down" video was televised. He also released DVD's Blizz's Music Videos Part 2.  Blizz also set into motion his mailing list in which he sends to his fans cd's, dvd's and his own Blizz D merchandise.  Yes, you read right Blizz has his own line of merchandise that includes wrist bands and hoodies with more to come in the future.  Blizz has truly been heavy on da grind!!!  To add to his credit Blizz created his Official Blizz D App which can be found exclusively for the Android Phones!!!!  Blizz also released his 7th mixtape tittle"Spartacus" which is 1 out of 3 of the mixtape series.  It was this mixtape series that made Atek Records history by having 73,000 downloads .Finally Blizz released his last mixtape for the year 2012 entitled, "Braggin Rights". 

           True to his words "by the end of the year I bet you know bout me!!" and we do.  Mr. 100, the freestyle killa, a legend in the making, I am Spartacus none other than BLIZZ D HOMIEE!! So get ready 2013 is coming and with it his first debut album "Vengence".
